I asked my AI assistant, Georgina (chat GPT) to help me come up with some sleep affirmations based on me. Maybe they'll be helpful to you, maybe not. My hope is that they will spark hope and acceptance in you on your own sleep journy.

Note: My favorite affirmation format is inspired by Sunni Chapman's content and teachings (no affiliation, just a client/fan).
I am fully supported in my ________ and I have the freedom to ___________.

TW: faith-based idea
As part of my sleep routine, I also recite these ancient Bible verses to myself as a calming, grounding mantra before I sleep. It helps signal to my brain and body that I am safe and I will be safe and I can trust in that safety.
I will both lie down in peace and sleep,
For you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.
I lay down and I slept. I awoke,
For the Lord sustained me.
From the Psalms somewhere towards the beginning of the book. I might circle back to our the exact reference and I might forget.
